2024 Women's Demo Day at Whaleback
March 2nd • 10am

This season, Inclusive Ski Touring is excited to partner with Women2Women Program to host a Women Non-Binary uphill demo day. This demo day will be held at Whaleback Mountain in Enfield, New Hampshire on Saturday, March 2nd from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.The day will include multiple group uphill tours, gear demos, educational talks, a women’s ski film, and a gear raffle for all participants who join us. Like all of their events, they believe in making the outdoors accessible, and a code is available on the registration page to waive the IST fee for anyone with financial barriers. Day of registration is available as well as preregistration.

Women's business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) Certification Intro Session

A key growth strategy for many businesses is getting certified as woman-owned. But what exactly is the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) Certification? What are the benefits to a small business owner?
In this 1-hour info session, Meghan Cunningham, WBENC New England Certification Manager at Center for Women & Enterprise will review the WBENC certification in addition to the application process and benefits for small business owners.
You'll be connected with resources and people who can help you scale to the point of being ready for certification, help you with the application process and help you utilize the certification once you have it.

International Women's Day Celebration & Ocean Dip

The Two Maine Mermaids signature International Women’s Day Celebration & Ocean Dip, is an event where we gather to celebrate women for their strength, magic, love and capacity. We join communities, extend hands to all, and together we walk boldly into the icy ocean for a massive cold water dip! Stepping into the ocean we meet adversity with laughter, difficulty with support, and stress with play.

Mighty Women Makers: Rosa Bonheur

The Children's Museum & Theatre of Maine

Celebrate Women’s History Month each Wednesday as we meet women masters of art and follow in their footsteps to do our own art creation. Today we will even travel to the aquarium to complete an artistic study our live animals like legendary animal painter Rosa Bonheur. Come explore new materials and methods while learning about fascinating women makers!

Maine Women's Network: Networking Paint and Sip
March 20 • 6:30 pm
Muse Paintbar, Portland

Come to Muse Paintbar in Portland and Paint, Sip and Network with the Maine Women's Network Portland Chapter. Your registration fee includes enrollment in the painting event and light snacks. There will be beverages for purchase from the Muse bar. This event is limited to 20 participants, so register today and save your spot.
