2025 Holiday Pop-Up Gift Drive
In Maine:
Portside Real Estate Group’s 2025 Holiday Pop-Up Gift Drive is officially underway, and this year, we’re expanding our reach to support even more families across Maine. From November 13th through December 12th (Late arrivals are always welcome!), our offices will be collecting new unwrapped gifts and essential items to benefit the Maine Children’s Home Christmas & Winter Essentials Program.
This program provides winter clothing, toys, books, games, and essential supplies to more than 1,100 Maine children each year. Offering comfort, warmth, and joy to families facing financial hardship. Through community generosity, volunteers, and donor support, this program helps families navigate a stressful season with dignity, connection, and care.
How to Participate
There are several ways you can support this year’s Holiday drive:
Shop the Amazon Wishlist : Purchase items directly from the 2025 Holiday Gift Drive Wishlist and ship to MCH or Portside
Support Urgently Needed Items : The Maine Children’s home updates a list of high-priority needs for winter essentials.
All items must be NEW and UNWRAPPED in order to be accepted for this holiday drive.

In New Hampshire:
Portside’s Portsmouth office is proud to support the Seacoast Area Firefighters Toy Bank through our 2025 Holiday Drive. From now through December 12th, we’ll be collecting Amazon gift cards to help provide gifts for local families in need this holiday season. All donations can be dropped off at our Portsmouth office, where they’ll be gathered and delivered to the Toy Bank ahead of the holidays. Together, we can make a meaningful difference for children and families across the Seacoast community.
