Erin started investing in real estate in 1998 and was first licensed in 2017.  She is a natural researcher (with a Ph.D.) and negotiator and specializes in finding the gaps in the market that allow her clients to experience the joy of home ownership.  She is focused on the Greater Portland markets and is in the top ranks of brokers of condos and homes in Portland.

Susie started investing in residential and commercial properties in 1994. Discovering her passion for this industry, she was first licensed as a Realtor in 2011. Her decades-long experience of being acutely involved in all aspects of real estate affords her the ability to serve her clients from a uniquely angled approach. 

Erin is amazing at finding homes (that few others know about) and negotiating winning bids. Susie has a ton of experience and is incredibly adept at finding just the right home for her clients.  Rhonda has a property management background and has an amazing eye for staging properties. Miranda is an excellent researcher and will find you any information you need. The entire team has personal investments in real estate and can lead you in the right direction to meet your goals.
