Shawn was born and raised in Lewiston, Maine. Shawn was born and raised in Lewiston, Maine. After graduating High School, Shawn accepted a full-boat scholarship to Thomas College Business School in Waterville, Maine where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Informational Systems. After college Shawn moved to Portland and has now lived in the Portland area for 28 years with his wife Semoy and two beautiful daughters Ana and Sophia and their dog Henry. Shawn, a former CPA and current CFO of a pizza dough manufacturing facility, co-founded Green Tree Realty, has been partners on several condo developments from Portland to Old Orchard Beach, Maine, and currently owns investment properties in Lewiston, Auburn, and Bristol Maine.
