In 2025 we had the opportunity to help over 2,300 families across Maine and New Hampshire. We closed more than $1.4 billion in sales, landing us the #1 spot for independently owned real estate brokerages in Northern New England. What means just as much is our ongoing commitment to giving back. Through our 1% Back initiative and community events, we raised and donated over $300,000 to local nonprofits, supporting the places and people who break detrimental generational cycles.
This was also a year of meaningful growth, with a 25% increase in sales volume across the company. We proudly welcomed The Swan Agency in Bar Harbor to the Portside family, expanding our footprint Downeast and bringing decades of expertise in the hospitality and luxury markets. This addition also marked the launch of our Hospitality Sales Division. We also opened our newly built flagship office in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, strengthening our presence along the Seacoast and positioning us for continued growth in this dynamic market.
Behind the scenes, we invested heavily in our agents, expanding coaching and training, welcomed many new incredible agents and staff members, and partnered with Absolute Title to provide even greater support to our clients with checkless closings and mobile closing vans.
Portside was built on the idea that real estate can be done differently, and we continue to build a business based on care, community, and local connection.
