I have three modest-sized bedrooms, an open living room with fireplace, a large kitchen with rustic beams and vaulted ceiling plus a pretty 3-season room--all on one level! I reside on a flat .54 acre lot on a quiet cul-de-sac street in the beautiful town of Hampstead. Still interested? Read on! I am old fashioned. As you can see from my photos, I'm not perfect (but who really is?) and will need some work to make me whole again. This work will include siding, roof, carpentry and paint.
