Very cute 2 bedroom home. Kitchen has a lot of cabinets, refrigerator, gas range and dishwasher. Large living room. Keep cozy with the Rinnai heater. There is also an on demand Rinnai propane hot water heater. Dug well and private septic. The house was rented for a few years and the tenant left a mess there. It is in good shape other than the living room carpet which you may want to replace. The house is very well insulated from top to bottom. It sits on Pillars that are on cement pads with access to the crawl space. The underside of the home is well insulated as well. 2 wells but only one is being used.
