6C Hills Ave is part of the Hills Ave Condominium Association. Professional owners/tenants on the main floor consist of: A marketing/PR firm, counseling practice, law firm and fitness studio. The second floor is owned or leased by residential tenants. There is one residential owner in the lower level as well. Unit 6C consist of 744 sq ft. It is a well appointed unit which features a reception/waiting area with a small bathroom, 2 offices with brick walls, a fireplace in one of these offices, as well as windows looking out over Hills Ave.There is a third room that could serve as an office or conference room if one is needed. This room has windows on two sides including a glass door opening to a beautiful Courtyard. During nice weather it's not at all unusual to see this door open! The Courtyard has lovely plantings and window boxes in the summer months. There is currently a tenant occupying this office. We will need 24 hour notice to show the unit.
