Raised in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Bettina's love for Maine began long before she called it home. Summers spent exploring the coast and the Acadia region fostered a lifelong connection to the state's natural beauty, close-knit communities, and coastal lifestyle. Today, she proudly serves buyers and sellers throughout Greater Portland, Downeast and Mount Desert Island, helping clients find not just the right home, but the right place to put down roots.
Bettina holds a Master's degree in Gastronomy and spent more than 15 years in Boston's hospitality industry, where she built her reputation on exceptional service, thoughtful communication, and meticulous attention to detail. She later transitioned into real estate development with Portland-based Fathom Companies, contributing to landmark projects including The Press Hotel and Canopy by Hilton, gaining valuable insight into the development process and Greater Portland's evolving real estate landscape.
Her passion for working directly with clients led Bettina into residential real estate, where she became a founding member of a Portland brokerage before spending the next five years alongside one of Southern Maine's top-producing agents. That experience provided extensive market knowledge and the opportunity to guide buyers and sellers through hundreds of successful transactions.
Known for her warmth, responsiveness, and thoughtful approach, Bettina is committed to making every real estate experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Whether assisting first-time buyers, longtime Mainers, or those relocating to the state, she believes exceptional service, honest communication, and lasting relationships are at the heart of every successful transaction.
Outside of real estate, Bettina is a proud single mother by choice to her daughter, Phoebe. She is an active member of Maine's Single Mothers by Choice community and is passionate about supporting others as they build their families and create lives they love. Whether helping someone find their very first home, a place with room to grow, or the perfect community to begin a new chapter, Bettina believes that home is where every family's story begins. Together with Phoebe and their dog, Daisy, she enjoys exploring Maine's beaches, hiking trails, and coastal towns—with Little Cranberry Island and Acadia National Park remaining their favorite place to return to each summer.
