Brenda began her career in the early 80's with a development company in Portlands' Old Port. However, her introduction to real estate goes back to her roots as a military brat. She moved a lot! In the process she learned many valuable lessons that were not evident until later. Brenda brings depth of knowledge, so much experience, personalized service along with some laughter to help lighten the process of buying and/or selling and make it as enjoyable as possible for you.

From Maine's bold coast to the mountains and Down East Brenda has successfully represented every price point including first time purchasers and repeat clients. She knows how to interpret the market and work successfully with other agents co-brokering sales.  She also knows buying/selling real estate is continually changing and evolving. In order to be her best for her clients, she stays educated and up to date on these changes.

Brenda lives along the Maine coast and sometimes upta-camp on a lake here in Maine. Her husband is a sea-going Captain and her son (who grew up on a Maine Island) is also working here in Maine. Brenda believes in giving back and has done so perannually. This includes volunteering, fundraising & sponsoring local school & sports groups, food pantries, libraries and natural resource groups, to helping the Maine Cancer Foundation and Portland's Barbara Bush Children's Hospital, to name a few. 

Brenda is passionate about her real estate clients and strives to treat each one as if they are her only client. She knows this process is not just about the physical property.
