Being able to think on your toes and devise creative solutions to difficult problems is not a skill, it is a necessity.

Through 8 years of service as a licensed Realtor, I bring an abundance of wisdom and experience one can only gain through serving 250+ clients and selling upwards of $100 million of real estate- we continue to be top producing agents, statewide year after year. My passion and professional focus is in the representation of Sellers both residential and Investment properties- Multifamily and commercial, as well as, short term rental property. I personally invest in real estate and find that there is no "one way", there are many! Offering guidance to the seasoned investor, or those looking to create a portfolio. 

Born and raised in Maine, my family has roots on MDI, and the "crown of Maine"- Aroostook county. Growing up in the town of Yarmouth afforded me with many blessings- the education, the community, and the freedom to grow and learn in a safe environment. In high school I played sports- Varsity Hockey all 4 years, winning State Titles for 2 of them! The lessons, experiences and relationships forged here set the bar for my travels in the years that followed. After leaving Yarmouth, I completed a semester at the National Outdoor Leadership School in Lander Wyoming- graduating with a skillset that would evolve into almost a decade of outdoor leadership and service. First, traveling with Ameri-corps and then the National Park Service (GA, FL,NC, SC, GA, CA, WA), focusing on a litany of conservation projects in some of the most amazing and beautiful places in America! And then with a wilderness therapy organization in Utah mentoring youth and adults struggling with drug addiction and behavioral disorders.

I am beyond blessed to have married my best friend and business partner- Lisa and I have two amazing little girls- Polly and Sonny, and 2 pups, Cam and Mowgli. When we aren't selling real estate we are enjoying life to the fullest! Traveling, recreation, sports, out of doors activity- everyday is a gift!

As I begin my 8th year in Real Estate the word that comes to mind is transformative. These 8 years have cultivated the most growth in my life. With over 100 million Sold in Real Estate and over 250 families helped we look ahead to what the next 8 years will bring for us. Growing up in Topsham and later graduating from The University of Southern Maine there is no doubt that Maine is my home. I know this state like that back of my hand and most specifically the Midcoast and Southern Maine portion. My undergrad education in social work and sociology brought out my passions to help others, little did I know at the time during my studies that I would be helping people buy and sell homes which truly can be the most joyous time in a persons life and also the most difficult. While in college I pursued a yoga teacher certification and spent most of my twenties teaching numerous classes a week. The practice taught me balance and most importantly how to remain calm in challenging situations- two crucial components to my everyday life as a realtor. I am grateful to be married to my business partner Brent Sawyer, together we reside in Topsham with our children Polly and Sonny and our two dogs Mowgli and Cam. We enjoy biking, exploring the coastline and spending time with our beloved family and friends.

As a native Mainer, I am fortunate to have ties across the entire state.  Growing up in the beautiful town of Camden, having family camps in the mid-coast, downeast and western regions, and family scattered throughout the state, I am able to spend my time in the best places Maine has to offer.  Attending the University of Maine at Farmington to pursue an undergraduate in psychology allowed me to focus on my passion of understanding and helping others, while spending countless days adventuring at Sugarloaf.  After college I pursued a career in kitchen design, where I utilized my love for interior and structural composition to help clients bring their visions to reality. From there I furthered my passion for design and created a line of durable, functional floorcloth rugs, which over the past 12 years have been shipped all over the United States and internationally.  While making rugs, I took my knowledge and experience of design and construction to a new level and began purchasing and renovating properties in need.  After multiple years of renovation and new construction, it seemed a natural path to pursue a career in Real Estate.  Being a Realtor allows me to combine my vast knowledge of the state, my experience with design and my desire to help and guide clients in the most fulfilling way.  Being an authentic trusted advisor to my clients is my top priority and I look forward to it every single day.  Along with me on this journey is my husband Noah, and son Vincent, who’s love and support guide me through this life every day in the most meaningful way possible.
