Dana Moos is a Maine real estate broker specializing in the sale of inns, B&Bs, boutique hotels, motels and full service inns with restaurants across the state. A former inn owner, innkeeper and hospitality investor with partners, Dana brings a rare mix of operational knowledge and real estate expertise to every transaction. Since 2008, she has closed more than $240 million in sales and over 100 inns throughout Maine—several multiple times.

Her career began in graphic arts and marketing before evolving through accounting, lease administration, real estate development, management, and financing. That diverse background, combined with her experience as a Maine inn owner, shaped her approach as a hospitality investment broker. Having walked in both buyer and seller shoes, she brings empathy, insight, and strategy to each deal.

Dana views buying or selling a hospitality property as more than a real estate transaction—it’s an investment in lifestyle, business, and community. Dana and her husband live in midcoast Maine with their rescue husky, Izzy!
