Since purchasing my first home over three decades ago, I have purchased, renovated, and sold numerous properties. Through these projects, I’ve developed expertise in home renovation and a knack for envisioning a property's true potential. This hands-on experience has provided me with a true appreciation for the complexities of real estate transactions and all of the emotions and decisions that go into purchasing a home.

In addition to my real estate background, I bring knowledge from project management and environmental consulting roles. Holding a GREEN designation from the National Association of Realtors, I specialize in assessing the value of green features, marketing eco-friendly homes, and guiding clients through available financial incentives and grants.

Outside of real estate, I am an enthusiastic supporter of land trusts in the coastal Maine communities I live and work in, and I enjoy spending my free time outdoors and on the trails. I look forward to helping you make your next move with confidence and ease.
