Kristie, a New England native, was born in Boston, MA, and raised on a small farm in central Maine. She earned her BS from Northeastern University in Boston. After working and studying there, Kristie returned to Maine, initially settling in Cape Elizabeth. Kristie, a New England native, was born in Boston, MA, and raised on a small farm in central Maine. She earned her BS from Northeastern University in Boston. After working and studying there, Kristie returned to Maine, initially settling in Cape Elizabeth. She later met her husband, and together they moved to Portsmouth, NH, before making their home in Cundy’s Harbor, Harpswell, Maine.  Licensed in both Maine and New Hampshire, Kristie proudly serves clients in Midcoast Maine and the Greater Seacoast of NH.  

Since transitioning into real estate in 2009 from a successful career in medical and pharmaceutical sales, Kristie has gained broad experience in residential, commercial, investment, leasing, and foreclosure sales. Known for her strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and client-first approach, Kristie is committed to making every real estate transaction a smooth and rewarding experience for her clients.  With a strong focus on personalized service, Kristie builds lasting relationships based on trust, integrity, and a deep understanding of each client’s unique needs. Her market expertise, skill in navigating each transaction to the closing table, and commitment to client satisfaction have resulted in numerous successful transactions with repeat clients.

When not with clients, Kristie enjoys boating and kayaking the harbor with her family along with ski trips together out west and traveling abroad. As a Master Gardener and avid birder, Kristie enjoys teaching and volunteering her time to share her knowledge and passion with others. Kristie currently volunteers with Cundy's Harbor Fire and Rescue, where she also serves on the board of directors and helps with fundraising efforts.  She is grateful for the opportunity to give back and serve her community.  

Kristie is a licensed Associate Broker in Maine, and a member of the Maine Association of Realtors®, the New Hampshire Board of Realtors®, and the National Association of Realtors®.
