When she and her husband designed and built their first home together, everything clicked. The experience brought her interests together and ultimately inspired her career in real estate.

Licensed since 2017, Liza specializes in new construction homes, residential developments, and helping families put down roots throughout Greater Portland, especially in Portland, Westbrook, and Cumberland. She works closely with Nelson Company, her husband's family construction business, helping bring custom homes and developments to life through design, finish selections, and sales.

As a working mom of two, Liza knows a thing or two about juggling priorities, staying organized, and keeping things moving. She brings that same practical, hands-on approach to her clients, along with honest communication, creativity, and a genuine interest in the people she works with. For Liza, real estate has always been about relationships first, and the best client relationships often feel more like friendships.
