A more unique service to sellers is personalized staging services which includes furnishings and décor to create a cohesive, updated and desirable presentation. My specialty is staging vacant properties for relocating sellers and investment properties. According to the National Association of Realtors, “staged homes sell faster and at a higher price than non-staged homes.” Licensed in both New Hampshire and Maine, I am prepared to guide you on your real estate journey throughout northern New England. I’ve earned my NH Broker’s License enabling me to serve your real estate needs with a higher level of skill and training.

Some say that I am always on the move... I love any opportunity to put the top down and take my bright blue MG out for a ride so it is not unusual to arrive at a showing or listing appointment on a warm, sunny day with wind-blown hair! When not attending to business I love to garden, cook, read and entertain but spending time with family, which includes my two dogs, is a priority.
