As a Broker, Lynne has over 20 years of experience in residential real estate. She has worked with an array of clientele including cash investors looking to add to their portfolio of multi-units, single family rentals and “flips.” She has successfully assisted overseas buyers and sellers with their Maine real estate needs.

Over her many years in real estate, she has developed a vast working knowledge of assisting first-time homebuyers, Relocation, 1-4 family residential units, and more. Lynne is elated each time she can assist a buyer in finding “their perfect home” or a seller in transitioning out of their current home and moving on to the next chapter in their lives. Estate planning and sales are a particular area of interest and expertise for Lynne. As a Maine native, Lynne feels blessed to live so close to the beaches of Southern Maine and enjoys walks with her rescue dog, Regan. She also enjoys reading, yoga, quality time with family and friends and travel. “No problems, only solutions” is her motto.
