My partner and I moved from Washington, D.C., to South Portland, ME, during one of the most stressful periods one can imagine--a global pandemic. We were unable to travel to showings, so Mary set up virtual walk-throughs and patiently answered our numerous questions about each home we "visited." At the time we were looking, the housing market was very tight and we were on a short timeline--things that could have resulted in disaster. Mary was the perfect choice of real estate agent for me. She is kind, knowledgeable, and has an impeccable eye for design. You will be impressed with Mary the moment you meet her. She takes all of the anxiety out of home buying and makes you feel like you are her only client. She has lived in the greater Portland area for decades and knows all the point people in the city but also is well versed in the real estate market north and south of the city. She hung with me for almost 2 years of looking for the perfect home and then advocated for me when I made an offer on the home I eventually was fortunate enough to buy.
