Now, as a Realtor,  I bring exceptional client service and great communication to all aspects of the real estate transaction.   I truly enjoy getting to know my clients , building relationships and helping both Buyers and Sellers navigate the local real estate market.  For Sellers, competitive pricing and marketing are what gets Buyers through the door.  Professional photos, videos and real estate staging are a few tools I use for optimizing property presentation.  It’s important to remember that most people begin shopping for homes online before contacting a Realtor.  When working with Buyers, whether upsizing, downsizing, moving to the area or looking for an investment, getting creative to find just the right property in Maine’s tight real estate market is key. I love helping Buyers reach their real estate goals.

When I don’t have my Realtor hat on, I enjoy interior decorating and design for clients and friends, playing pickle ball, hiking, spinning, going to the gym, and taking full advantage of Portland’s world class restaurant scene.
