We moved to Maine from far away and had no real referral for a Real Estate Agent. We were looking at the Mid-Coast region and found Sofia Voltin's profile on her company page, sent her a message and she got back to us within five minutes! She was very responsive and fantastic to work with. She was very skilled in letting us learn the current housing market through experience, without feeling like she had to teach us everything. In many ways, and especially given the market's complexities and ever-changing nature, she was open to experiencing each emerging and unpredictable nuance along with us, helping us understand what it all meant. She was very informative, helpful, open and flexible and never tied to how something used to be. My wife and I had a great time going to see numerous places with her that were all over the map, literally and figuratively. We saw some, shall we say, very interesting places that I don't think any of us will soon forget. It was a tough market for sure but we landed our dream home after not too many tries while learning along the way what the market required. It was a great experience and Sofia was very professional, thoughtful, friendly and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend her!

Looking for houses in this last years housing market was not easy. Working with Sofia was great! Sofia did a great job of following through on my offer and was very prompt about getting back to me each time I called or emailed. She took care of scheduling all the closing paperwork under a short time frame and made the purchase seamless. The most important item for me, was that I wasn't purchasing the most expensive real estate in Freeport but I was treated like I was. I couldn't have asked for someone more pleasant to work with.
