Establishing trust and creating a successful strategy begins with the basics: asking questions, listening, researching, analyzing. The ability to organize and convey data, insights, and suggestions sets the client/broker relationship, and the buying/selling process, on solid footings. With a Sales and Communications background, my skill set is well suited for the dynamic nature of real estate.

I have always been interested in real estate trends, curious about our shared and individual preferences. Residential Real Estate is where feelings and finances live under the same roof. Homeownership shapes lives and whole communities. Homes are often our single most important investment. After buying, selling, building, and remodeling my own properties, I became a licensed real estate agent in 2010. It was a full speed, hit the ground running “moment” that has lasted more than a dozen years. Early success opened larger doors of opportunity, and I was invited into the shared ownership of a well-established, independent real estate brokerage. What followed was a rewarding nine-year Broker / Owner affiliation. Presently, having joined Portside Real Estate Group, I am focusing solely on my clients while a fleet of experts handles the operations.

With a deep well of knowledge and reputation for integrity, I approach each transaction with confidence and agility. Having a high volume of island transactions under my belt, I’ve been dubbed the “Island Queen” by colleagues. Luxury island properties are a specialty, and zipping across Casco Bay is not a bad way to arrive at a showing! Yet I am not limited to any one category or price point. Most of the property sales that I’m involved in are located on the mainland. I enjoy working with variety of client profiles and a range of property types. My highest production year was in 2021 when I exceeded 22+ million in closed sales.

Despite my daily involvement in changing addresses, my own moves have been limited, and I have remained close to my coastal roots. The privilege of being born, raised, and educated here in Maine is not something I take for granted. Throughout my youth I lived in Cape Elizabeth and returned when raising my family. Today Willard Beach is home. I love the walkability, the close proximity to Portland and the wonderful sense of community. Luckily for me, my three daughters (and their partners) have also chosen to reside in Maine. In fact, they’re among my favorite clients! When not working I enjoy a variety of activities, events and interests.
