Teresa Hassay is a licensed REALTOR® in New Hampshire and Maine, proudly serving the Seacoast of New Hampshire and Southern Maine. Working with buyers, sellers, and investors, Teresa is committed to providing personalized service, clear communication, and thoughtful guidance throughout every stage of the real estate journey.

Before entering real estate in 2023, Teresa spent more than 20 years in the nonprofit sector, where she developed a strong foundation in relationship building, goal setting, and strengths-based communication. She brings these skills to every transaction, taking the time to understand her clients’ individual needs, priorities, and goals.
