To say Anne went above and beyond the call of duty would be an understatement. We looked at close to 50 homes at the beginning of 2022, put in 7 or so offers, and were so exhausted and exasperated by the entire process. Anne stayed positive the entire time and did not push us to go beyond our boundaries (we were firm on an inspection and had a strict budget). We valued Anne’s commitment to our desires in such a rough-and-tumble market. She called us each time our offer was not accepted and worked with us to strategize on how to be more competitive. We chose to change lenders mid-search and Anne’s suggestion was incredible and got the job done for us. We ended up purchasing a new build and Anne stuck with us for the duration, triaging weekly questions and gathering responses. She helped us cross the finish line at the close of 2022 and we are very happy in our new home!
