Looking Back:

Founded in 2012, Portside Real Estate Group is a boutique real estate agency with offices in Cape Elizabeth, Portland, Falmouth, Yarmouth and Maine. The first boutique office was opened in Falmouth in October 2012. The company grew quickly as the real estate consumer and agents gravitated to the retail location, cozy vibe of the office and Portside’s style of growing a referral based business. Today, we have four offices, 80 amazing agents and staff and established Portside Foundation (501c3).

Portside provides full service brokerage, with powerful marketing strategies, for all their clients. Our team of brokers, agents and employees are experienced leaders in the real estate industry, in addition to being well-rounded members of the greater Portland area communities. Portside’s mission is to bring a more personalized approach as a local, boutique real estate agency.

Looking Forward:

Year to date in 2019, Portside is ranked #1 in Cape Elizabeth, #1 in Yarmouth, #2 in Portland, and #3 in Falmouth for sales volume! We are proud to say that we have sold over 1070 listings and have assisted 1720+ buyers over the course of the company's six years- and we have no plans to stop!
