Why did you decide to become an agent? What’s your favorite thing about your job?
Everyone deserves their own sanctuary. Whether it's buying, selling, or investing, my passion has always highlighted a strong desire to help others achieve one of the largest financial milestones in their life. Pairing my love for real estate, marketing background, and passion for helping others, I genuinely love getting to know each client while remaining open, honest, and transparent throughout the process. Living in three other states before re-planting my roots back in Southern Maine, I realize how important it is to find that "special place" that will soon become the backdrop of a family's life. So to me, it's about so much more than just buying and selling real estate; it's really about building relationships….and relationships that last.

Many real estate consumers do not realize that a sales transaction is not only packing and moving - but also includes negotiations, repairs, inspections, appraisals, financial assessments, and property analysis. Where you live becomes the center of your universe; your "home base" and a place where memories are made. Even an investment property can have a profound effect on your life's story. It is stressful, and exciting, for both the buyer and the seller, which is why I chose to pursue a career in real estate. I want to help ease those challenges, calm nerves, and help families through an intimidating time of uncertainty and change.

How has your business grown at Portside since you joined?
Yes, my business has thrived since I made the move over to Portside! It is vital to work with professionals who have the same vision, goals, work ethic, and genuine support for each other's successes. With its innovative technology, top-notch marketing, and a strong commitment to its agents and community, Portside has helped my business level up and provide an unmatched experience in less than a year. It is safe to say that I am proud to represent a powerful, credible, and professional brand in my community!






 

How would you describe the Portside community? How would you describe the “feel” and culture at Portside?
Portside instantly felt like "home" from the moment I walked through the door. From everyone's smiling faces each morning, sincerity in welcoming all, and strong work ethic every day, it has been very motivating to be surrounded by Maine's top agents. Portside's culture proudly embraces inclusion, honesty, and patience - all while supporting each other's goals, accomplishments, and career-changing successes. Did I mention the joy of seeing sweet Charlie? It is impossible to have a "bad day" with his adorable presence in the office!

What’s your favorite Portside memory?
While I have several favorite Portside memories, my favorite memory was witnessing our office relations manager, Britt, open her surprise Christmas gift from our Portland office. Britt is the backbone of our office - a true superstar by day, and a supermom at night. She is one the most positive, supportive, and inspirational women I have met, and it truly the glue that holds our office together. Hands down, watching her see how appreciative we are to have her was my favorite memory at Portside.
