Why did you decide to become an agent? What’s your favorite thing about your job?
I became an agent for many reasons, including working for myself, flexible schedule, and having income potential. The reason I have continued my journey as an agent is that it’s rewarding. I’m rewarded every time a client says thank you. I’m rewarded every time I receive a referral from a past client. I am rewarded when I see smiles, sighs of relief, celebrations, triumphant attitudes, and all the other positive emotions that go along with buying and selling real estate.
How has your business grown at Portside since you joined?
I have grown so much personally since joining Portside, including business-related results. The most important part of growing is having the mindset to back it up. Portside and all the agents here have high-frequency positive energy. It’s contagious when everyone is so connected sharing the same mindset. It’s impossible NOT to grow, in one way or another, as a Portside agent.
What’s your favorite Portside memory?
My favorite Portside memory was my first Portside charity event. The Hops for Habitat at Batson River in Kennebunk was when it was abundantly clear that Portsiders love to help people and have fun at the same time. I was like “we do these types of events all the time? Count me in!”
