Over the past 4 years, Portside Real Estate Group has been helping agents just starting in real estate jumpstart their careers in their mentorship program. Portside’s mentor program is designed to help agents with less than a year in the industry gain valuable experience while working side-by-side with one of our top-producing agents. Participants of our 12-month training program will not only receive one-on-one mentoring for a year but will also learn how to bulletproof their transactions and grow a sustainable business.

Jaclyn Bousquet mentored by Alyssa Bouthot
Jaclyn joined the Portside Kennebunk office and was mentored by Alyssa Bouthot for the past 12 months. Jaclyn completed her first year with 13 closings and was one of Portside’s top performers in the Kennebunk region for June 2024.
Alyssa Bouthot was honored as Portside’s 2022 Mentor of the Year for her excellent mentorship of Jaclyn and Brian Maiorino who graduated from the mentorship program in May of 2023.
Elizabeth Freeman mentored by Crystal Hincks
Elizabeth Freeman joined the Portside Midcoast office in Brunswick after relocating to Maine from North Carolina. Elizabeth quickly hit the ground running with her mentor Crystal Hincks. Elizabeth completed her first year with 9 closings!
Crystal Hincks was a first-time mentor and hit out of the park with Elizabeth. Crystal immediately took Elizabeth under her wing, bringing her to listing appointments, and open houses, and even went as far as giving her a referral to help build her database.
Cindy DeWitt mentored by Jen Tabb + Kaili Moore
Cindy DeWitt joined the Portside Portland office and learned from two of Portside’s top-producing agents, Jen Tabb + Kaili Moore. Cindy finished her first year with 7 closings and joined Kaili Moore’s team as a buyers agent.
Jen Tabb is a two-time Portside Partner award winner, the 2022 community leader of the year, a founding board member on the 1% Back to Maine committee, and was voted the Best Realtor in Portland in 2022 by Portland Old Port.
Kaili Moore is a Portside Circle of Excellence winner and a founding member of the 1% Back to Maine committee and is actively involved in her local community. Cindy + Kaili hit it off immediately and decided to join forces.
