Portside's 2023 MidYear Event Recap!

On July 13th, we held our Portside MidYear event which is a half-day of learning, training, and networking! Over 100 Portsiders were in attendance to look back at the first half of the year and to recharge and strategize on how to finish the year strong.

Our first panel was Lead Gen. Unplugged: Unveiling the Power of Genuine Relationships. Our panelists Sarah Singer, Cady Toussaint, Alyssa Bouthot, Lisa Guerette and moderator Randy Ferrell - spoke on the importance of community involvement to help others and build strong relationships. Portside is proud to contribute to our foundation - 1% Back to Maine and the importance it brings to our state’s future and the generations to come. 

We heard from a wonderful guest speaker from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LeadingRE), VP of Business Solutions, Staci Cowell. Staci Cowell and our marketing team released the new Portside Portfolio, offering our agents clean, strong Luxury Marketing for the beautiful properties that will benefit.

We had sessions focused on how to write winning offers with panelists Sarah Carson, Dan Weber, Addie Peet, Julie Rosenthal, moderated by David Bruce on how to write the offers that will get our clients to the finish line! Another session was how to leverage Portside's global resources through LeadingRE with Britt Brown and Leading RE's Staci Cowell. Lastly, a Team Mastermind workshop run by Founder + CEO, Dava Davin, that focuses on teamwork and growing together using different skills and strategies of each team.
