Portside's popular Multi-Agency Networking: Get the Scoop on New Construction event landed in the Midcoast Maine region on Wednesday, November 1st at the historic Lemont Block in Brunswick. 
This event has been previously held in Portland at The Public Works during the spring of 2022 and 2023, bringing brokerages across the region together for networking, sharing new construction opportunities as well and educating agents and brokers on the ins and outs of working in new construction.
The Brunswick event saw over 50 agents and brokers from 6 different agencies across the Midcoast region. Attendees had the opportunity to hear about 7 development presentations on areas from Durham to Camden, as well as a dynamic panel of new construction experts moderated by Portside's own David Bruce.
