The Portside Mentor Program has welcomed four new Portsiders over the last month! This new mentee class will be learning from four of Portside's top-producing agents and leaders within Maine's real estate industry. Portside's Mentor Program is designed to give new sales agents the tools and mentorship to beat the odds and make it past their first year of real estate. This 12-month mentorship program not only features one-on-one training with their mentor for a year, but mentees will learn how to bulletproof their transactions and grow a sustainable business.
