Meet Travis
Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, his journey in real estate began alongside his father, who has been in the business since he was a child. He decided to get licensed in 2001 when his father established a KW franchise, fully immersing himself in the industry he had known his entire life. After meeting his wife-to-be, he saw the light and relocated to New England in 2018, settling in Rye, NH. He and his wife, Elizabeth, eventually found their way to southern Maine and now live in York with their three children, where he continues to serve clients in both the Maine and New Hampshire markets. Travis launched the Coastline Team in 2024.
Meet Sydney
Sydney is the organizational heart of our team, bringing a sharp eye for detail and a passion for people that keep everything running smoothly. As Director of Operations, she ensures our clients and team members experience seamless service from start to finish. Licensed in Maine and New Hampshire since 2021, Sydney combines real estate expertise with operational excellence. She runs our structure behind the scenes by supporting clients and the team. She manages transactions, marketing efforts, and client communication with precision and care.
Meet Bari
Bari is a dedicated Realtor who brings passion, professionalism, and market expertise to the Seacoast of New Hampshire. A lifelong resident of the area, she combines her deep local knowledge with a background in business and marketing to guide clients seamlessly through buying, selling, or investing. When she’s not working with clients, Bari enjoys cycling, skiing, and spending time with her husband, Michael, their three children, grandchildren, and extended family.

Kate is a dedicated Realtor based in Dover, NH, passionate about helping clients find homes that reflect their lifestyle and aspirations. With expertise in real estate, design, feng shui, and construction, she provides valuable insights to create welcoming spaces. A Seacoast resident, Kate enjoys exploring New Hampshire and Maine with her husband and two children.

Dan takes a client-first approach to real estate, guiding buyers and sellers through one of life’s biggest financial and emotional decisions with strategy and care. With nearly 20 years as a professional visual storyteller, he crafts compelling marketing to showcase homes and helps clients make smart, strategic purchases—whether it’s a first home, multifamily, or investment property.
