Portside’s Mentor Program Graduates!

Portside Real Estate Group has been supporting new agents as they launch their careers through its dedicated mentorship program. Designed for agents with less than a year of experience, the program provides meaningful guidance and hands-on learning alongside some of our highest-performing professionals. Over the course of 12 months, mentees receive personalized mentorship while gaining the skills needed to build a successful, long-term business.

Portside’s most recent graduating class is an excellent example of the success that this program provides its agents with, along with the knowledge and confidence needed to thrive in their real estate careers.

Jennifer Kanwit mentored by Sarah Singer | 21 Closings 

Jennifer, mentored by Sarah Singer, has been with the Portside Brunswick office for the past 12 months. During the time of her mentorship, Jennifer finished the year with 21 closings and was listed as a top performer in the Midcoast region for September 2025.  

 

 

Elise Grace mentored by Stacy Salvo | 8 Closings

Elise Grace joined Portside’s Greater Portland region, where she was mentored by Circle of Excellence winner and top performer Stacy Salvo. Over the course of her mentorship program, Elise closed on 8 properties while gaining valuable experience in the field. 

 

 

Ingrid Vanni was mentored by Mary Conroy | 10 Closings 

Ingrid Vanni joined the Portside Falmouth office and learned under top-producing agent and Circle of Excellence winner Mary Conroy. Ingrid finished a very strong first year at Portside with 10 closings. 

 

 

Phyllis Gamache was mentored by David Bruce | 6 Closings 

Phyllis also joined the Portside Mid Coast office in Brunswick and was mentored by David Bruce. Phyllis finished her 12-month mentorship program with 6 closings.
