Designed for agents with less than one year of experience, the program pairs new agents with some of Portside’s top-producing professionals for a full 12 months of hands-on guidance, collaboration, and real-world learning.
Through one-on-one mentorship and practical, transaction-focused training, mentees gain the confidence and skills needed to build a sustainable business from the ground up. The program is designed to help agents strengthen their processes, navigate transactions with clarity, and develop habits that support long-term growth and success. Just as importantly, mentorship at Portside is about empowerment. Mentees are encouraged to identify their goals, grow their confidence, and step into their careers with intention, knowing they have the support of experienced leaders every step of the way.
As we welcome our latest group of mentors and mentees, we’re also excited to look ahead to the next Mentorship Program class launching in February. This program continues to reflect Portside’s commitment to people-first growth, meaningful support, and building businesses that last.
