Designed specifically for newly licensed real estate agents, the Portside Mentorship Program connects agents with experienced, top-producing mentors who are actively leading the markets they serve. Through a full year of hands-on training, mentees gain real-time insight, one-on-one coaching, and live transaction support, building the skills and confidence needed for long-term success in real estate.
This comprehensive real estate training program goes beyond the basics. In addition to individualized mentorship, participants engage in monthly Ninja Selling Skills Training, broker-led education sessions, and ongoing professional development focused on strengthening business strategy, client service, and sustainable growth.
