9th Annual Autumn Equinox at Maine Audubon

Celebrate the start of fall with us at the 9th annual Autumn Equinox at Maine Audubon on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at Maine Audubon's beautiful Gilsland Farm campus in Falmouth.

This family-friendly community event has become a favorite fall tradition, bringing together neighbors, local businesses, and nature lovers for an evening of great food, live music, local beverages, and outdoor fun, all while supporting Maine Audubon's important conservation and environmental education work.

We're excited to welcome everyone back for an even bigger celebration this year. Guests can enjoy:

Since its inception, Autumn Equinox has raised thousands of dollars to support Maine Audubon's mission of conserving Maine's wildlife and wildlife habitat while connecting people to nature through education, conservation, and community engagement. Proceeds from this year's event will continue to help make environmental education and outdoor experiences more accessible for people across Maine.
