Growing Together!

We're thrilled to welcome ARC Realty and Capstone Realty of Alabama to the growing network of Howard Hanna!

After joining forces with Howard Hanna earlier this summer, we've experienced firsthand the excitement and opportunity that come with being part of something bigger. Now, we're celebrating another milestone as Howard Hanna expands into Alabama, bringing together even more real estate professionals who share our passion for their clients, communities, and the relationships that make this business special.

A Partnership That Feels Personal

"I've known Beau for years through our CEO peer group, and he's the real deal, smart, kind and an amazing leader," Dava shared about Beau Bevis, CEO of ARC Realty. "I'm excited for everything he and ARC will bring to Howard Hanna, and for what we'll do together as connected brokerages. Stronger together, truly."

For Dava and the entire Portside team, this is an exciting opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, build new relationships, and collaborate with talented real estate professionals across the growing Howard Hanna network.

Welcoming Our New Partners

Together, ARC Realty and Capstone Realty bring 875 agents across 12 offices.

ARC Realty has built its reputation as "A Relationship Company," prioritizing personal connections, local expertise, and service. Capstone Realty brings a similarly people-focused approach, with strong roots in North Alabama and a commitment to helping its agents succeed.

Sound familiar? Those values are a big part of what makes Portside, Portside.

As our Howard Hanna network continues to grow, we're looking forward to building relationships with our new colleagues, sharing ideas, expanding referral opportunities, and learning from one another while continuing to serve the communities we know and love.

To Beau, Darrin Hasley, and the entire ARC Realty and Capstone Realty teams, welcome to the family! We're so excited to get to know you and see what we can accomplish together.
