Captain Carlo’s restaurant has been a thriving business for 20 years. It began as a fish market in the early 1980s and a take out and an eat in the rough restaurant were added about 1990. The bar and table service were added in the early 2000s. Located on Gloucester Harbor with easy access from downtown and major routes, the restaurant was named after Carlo Ciaramitaro, the current owner’s grandfather. The business includes an all alcoholic seasonal liquor license which will require transfer to a buyer prior to closing. Transfer will include buyer obtaining approval of transfer from State and Local Agencies. Seasonal licenses can be operated between April 1 and January 15 of the next calendar year.
