With more than 30 years in design and construction, I bring a practical, informed perspective to Maine real estate. I am ready help clients understand a property’s potential, navigate the buying or selling process with confidence, and make decisions grounded in both strategy and common sense.

I’ve spent the past 13 years building a life in Portland—raising a family, coaching youth sports, volunteering, and connecting with people across the state. Those relationships, paired with decades of hands‑on experience, allow me to support clients with both expertise and genuine local insight.
My career began in design and evolved into construction management, giving me a well‑rounded understanding of how properties really work and what drives value. That blend of skills helps clients see opportunities they might otherwise miss.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me running in Evergreen or along Back Cove, skiing with my family in Maine and New Hampshire, or hiking trails to keep up with my kids and dog. I believe real estate doesn’t have to be stressful—it can even be enjoyable. My goal is to make the process clear, steady, and maybe even a little fun by turning uncertainty into understanding and stress into strategy.
