Absolutely would recommend Amy.  She knows the area (even the coastal islands), and she understands the business end of real estate transactions.  In a word, she's wonderful! In our particular case, she acted as our buyer's agent.  An unexpected and difficult title problem was uncovered, and Amy navigated it masterfully.  Of course, we had a lawyer, but the issue was stressful and could have derailed the whole thing.  Only Amy's organizational, business and people skills kept us on course.
