Maine Marathon 2022: Portside Runs + Gives Back!

Portside turned out and rocked this Year’s 2022 Gorham Savings Bank Maine Marathon! With 9 Portsiders taking on the challenge of running this past October 2nd. The day may have been cold and windy, but spirits were high and excitement was in the air.

Portside Portland was the perfect place to cheer on runners this year, as it is located right next to the Start/Finish line. 

Portside had 2 Relay Teams and one Half Marathoner. They consisted of: 

Relay Team 1 - Dava Davin, John Fitzsimons, Brent Sawyer, Emilie Levecque
Relay Team 2 - Dan Weber, Nova Tower, Meg Smith, Eliza Rauscher
Half Marathon - Lindsay Dorsey

Portside was proud to sponsor the Maine Marathon. As a nonprofit race, the Gorham Savings Bank Maine Marathon donates 40% of its gross profits to charitable organizations in our community. That means registration fees and sponsorships support worthy causes,
like this year's 2022 Maine Marathon beneficiaries:
