We brought together the top new construction brokers in Southern Maine on April 26th at the Public Works in Portland!

Eleven presenters showcased current and upcoming projects. Portside and the other five participating brokerages hope to provide solutions to the low inventory market across Maine by highlighting the benefits of new construction.

The ability to offer new construction to our clients is extremely important and can offer opportunities beyond what we see in the MLS. The benefits of new construction are that clients may have the opportunity to customize their own home, repair/renovations are rarely needed, lower maintenance costs and more. If you are having a difficult time finding homes in this low inventory market, offer your clients the details on a beautiful new construction.

Thank you to all who joined us and to our wonderful presenters and panelists!!!
