“Get the Scoop on New Construction” not only educated brokers on the benefits of new construction but showcased the numerous new construction opportunities and developments within the Greater Portland Region. Eleven presenters showcased current and upcoming projects. Portside and the other five participating brokerages hope to provide solutions to the low inventory market across Maine by highlighting the benefits of new construction.
