Meet Our Newest Portsiders

Teresa Hassay | New Hampshire Seacoast & Southern Maine

Teresa Hassay helps buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the New Hampshire Seacoast and Southern Maine. Before beginning her real estate career in 2023, she spent more than 20 years in the nonprofit sector, connecting with communities and helping people reach their goals.

Her experience, personal approach, and passion for helping others make her a welcome addition to our team.

Shari Melville | New Hampshire

Shari Melville brings five years of real estate experience and more than 30 years in business leadership, brand management, marketing, and sales. Her work with brands including Converse, Nike, and Liz Claiborne gives her clients an experienced partner in marketing and negotiation.

Shari chose Portside for our community connections, personal approach, and expanded resources through Howard Hanna. We’re excited to have her helping us grow across New Hampshire.

Jennifer Worden | New Hampshire Lakes Region & North Country

After years of exploring the region’s lakes, mountains, and towns, Boston-area native Jennifer Worden made the Lakes Region her full-time home. Today, she helps buyers and sellers throughout the Lakes Region and North Country and writes Keys to the Lakes, a Substack publication about life in the area.

Jenn brings a decade of experience in state and federal public policy. Our collaborative culture, female-founded leadership, and commitment to community giving drew her to Portside.

Diane Blanton | New Hampshire Lakes Region

Associate Broker Diane Blanton brings more than 27 years of real estate experience serving buyers and sellers throughout New Hampshire’s Lakes Region. With a background in marketing and advertising, she knows how to showcase a property and help clients make their next move.

Our marketing, woman-owned leadership, and Howard Hanna partnership helped bring Diane to the team.

Through our Howard Hanna partnership, Hanna Health & Wealth launches for Portside agents in November, offering access to healthcare and insurance options, retirement planning resources, and financial wellness tools.
